Session Fees

Clear, simple pricing.

Session Fee

$170 / 60 minutes

In person at Bardon, or online from the comfort of home.

  • A 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of any appointment.
  • 15% discount on session fees available to pensioners, students & concession cardholders.

What's included

Each 60-minute session is tailored to your individual goals. Whether you choose to meet in person at Bardon or connect online from home, you'll receive the same focused, evidence-based support.

If you hold a concession card, are a student, or are a pensioner — please mention this when booking. A 15% discount is available.

Payment is accepted by card or bank transfer. Please contact Emma to discuss any questions about fees before your first appointment.

No referral is needed. You can call or text directly to arrange an appointment.

The first session is a chance to talk through what's brought you in. There's no pressure — we move at whatever pace feels comfortable. Together we'll start to identify what you'd like to work on and how to best support you.

Yes. Telephone and video sessions are available so you can access support from the comfort of your home. Just mention your preference when you reach out.

Yes. A 15% discount on session fees is available to pensioners, students, and concession cardholders. Please mention this when booking.

A 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of any appointment. Please contact Emma as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

This varies depending on your goals and circumstances. Some people find significant benefit in a handful of sessions; others prefer longer-term support. We'll regularly check in on your progress and adjust accordingly.
